The employee benefit review process is very cumbersome and time consuming. ABG uses a strategy based on a complete understanding of the company’s business culture and its philosophy toward employee needs and benefit plan design. Because benefit review encompasses vast amounts of information, ABG will frequently require the following data:

• Employee census (employee name, gender,    birth date, dependent status, income and job title)
• Existing Benefit Design (booklet summarizing benefits    for each plan)
• Copies of the most recent billing statements
• Benefit budget allocation
• Benefit objectives
• Pre-existing health information
• Identifying out-of-state employees
• COBRA beneficiaries
