My HSA Account »

At the top of the home page, click on to “My HSA Account”.  Access “Account Holder Login” by entering your account holder ID and password.  When entering your account holder ID, use the policy number that was in the confirmation letter from Assurant Health, which you should have already received.  When entering this number, be sure to include the two leading 00's followed by 0001, for a total of 14 numbers.  Your password is the last four digits of your social security number.  If you have any problems entering this information, please call Assurant Health Customer Service at 1-866-899-6200, ext. 1.

Once you are logged on to the HSA Tools screen, you will have access to a number of online features that help you keep track of your funds and enable you to make the best health care decisions for you or your family.  You will be able to:

• Review your account activity – View a summary of your account statement, including current account balances, deposits, withdrawals, pending requests, transactions from past benefit periods, or print a copy of the account statement.
• Fund your account – Make a one-time or recurring electronic contribution into your HSA account from your personal bank account electronically or edit previous selections.  
• Pay for medical expenses – Access your detailed explanation of benefits on-line and pay providers electronically, directly from your account. 
• Search health topics  – By clicking the Health Care and Pharmacy Advice tab on your HSA tools homepage, you can research information on health topics, hospitals or drugs.  Learn about common conditions, complications, risks and recovery times, compare hospital quality, and compare and profile drugs. 
• Health savings illustrator - Demonstrates how much you could save for your long-term health care or retirement needs.
