On the Principal login page, select the “Personal” option. If you are a first time user, click on the “First time logging in – establish your new user name and password” link. Answer the set up identification question and follow the prompts to establish a username, password and security phrase. Once your account is established, simply click on the Health tab on the top of the screen to access the following information:

Health and Wellness Resources – provides information about the following services:

Benefit Summary – Allows you to view benefits for you and your dependents, including co-pay, deductible, co-insurance and more. It also enables you to find out more about your prescription drug coverage, which puts you in control of your healthcare and may help you save money.

Claim Activity - View claims in process, claims processed within the last 24 months, find instructions for submitting a medical claim, access your online explanation of benefits (EOB), or arrange for your EOB to be sent to you by email.

Member Services – This link enables you, the subscriber, to grant eligible, covered dependents access to their account activity, enable them to research health issues, or use wellness tools.
