MyHumana- When you register with MyHumana, you have access to a personalized, password-protected homepage with current health and wellness information. For first time users, simply follow the “Register Now” links and complete the simple registration form. Once you are registered and logged in, you will be able to:

• View your health benefits
• Find doctors, hospitals and other health care providers in Humana's network
• Check the status of a medical, prescription and dental claim
• See how much you've spent on health care this plan year
• Get estimated costs of common medical services, procedures and prescriptions

1) Wellness components:

• Health Coaching - Humana is now providing personal “health coaching” and online support for members in six key areas: tobacco cessation; weight management; physical activity; stress management; nutrition; and back care. Members can speak with a health coach – in a series of coaching telephone calls – who helps the member begin healthy behaviors. Members may also enroll in comprehensive online programs and receive tailored action plans, email reminders, and ongoing access to resources they need to get and stay healthy.
• Humana Health Assessment – Members answer questions about their health and receive a confidential profile tailored to them, including health and exercise tips.
• Preventive Reminders – Humana encourages health screenings by sending reminders for routine screening tests and immunizations. Members receive preventive-care guidance tailored to their health risk and previous use of preventive services.

2) Integrated medical-behavioral health care management: All medical and behavioral-health management efforts are intended to identify and manage behavioral-health problems that exist simultaneously with chronic conditions, acute medical problems, or are primary in nature. A single care manager handles the member’s care (with proactive support from the medical or behavioral-care manager). Members benefit from a single care-management plan that addresses issues such as treatment and prescription-drug compliance, self-management, and behavior change.

3) Employee assistance/Work-life program: A confidential source to help employees more effectively manage personal, financial, legal, eldercare, childcare and other family issues in order to encourage better health decisions and lifestyles.

• E-Plan Professor - A free electronic newsletter for mebers that delivers helpful health news and benefit tips right to your e-mail inbox.
• Personal Nurse - A phone-based service where members who may be at risk for, or currently dealing with, serious conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure can work one-on-one with a specially trained nurse.  This personal nurse will deal with the member’s unique situation by offering information, developing a personal relationship, collaborating with the member, and providing the member with a sounding board.  To reach a Personal Nurse, call 1-877-41-NURSE (1-877-416-8773). • HumanaBeginnings®  - A free program for expectant mothers designed to help members learn about their pregnancy and practice healthy habits along the way to delivery.  Enroll to receive a free pregnancy guidebook and helpful HumanaBeginnings newsletters.
• Healthy Heart Program – Humana, along with CorSolutions, is offering personal advice, ongoing support, and education about heart conditions. This program is available to members with coronary artery disease or heart failure. The Cardiovascular Center, through MyHumana, is an online resource with interactive tools for newly diagnosed members, members living with a heart condition, and prevention.
• Prescription Tools & Resources - Tools that will help you make choices about how you use your prescription benefits, such as a drug lists, generic equivalent, pharmacy locator, and mail order service. Humana’s mail order prescription service, RightSource, offers you convenience, savings, guidance, and service.
• Senior Tools & Resources - Log in to MyHumana and access tools such as assessments, health libraries, quizzes, pharmacy tools, fitness programs, and calculators for seniors. 
• Member Transplant Services - Online resources that can help you and your doctor navigate the complex world of transplant care. Humana’s transplant management packet contains a personal organizer, making it easier for members to keep track of communications from Humana, their doctor, and other sources. The packet includes a step-by-step guide through the transplant process, information about available guidance and support services, condition-specific transplant facts and Website resources, and an area to store important documents and letters.
• Transparency - Humana’s transparency tools give you easy-to-understand data to help you choose doctors and hospitals so that you can make better healthcare decisions.  You can compare hospitals, physicians, estimate procedure costs, and soon you will be able to use Humana’s transparency tools to help determine your physician office visit cost.
