ONLINE MEMBER SERVICES

Registering for HAP Online Member Services will give you access to many timesaving tools within the secure HAP Member site.  For first time registration, simply enter your personal information, including HAP number (User ID), which is found on your HAP ID card.  If you need log in assistance, click here. Under member services, you'll find:

ADMINISTRATIVE SELF SERVICE

  • Address Changes – change your home address or verify the address that HAP has on file for you
  • Billing Assistance Tools – online help if you have questions about a bill
  • Claims Status – view the status of all claims that have been processed for you in the last 18 months.
  • Contract and Rider – allows a member to view befits and rider agreements
  • Customer Message Center – ask a HAP client representative a question while working online
  • Eligibility and Benefits – review your eligibility and view your benefit and coverage information
  • ID Card Request – replace a misplaced card
  • Interactive Drug Search – review prescription drug information
  • Online Directories - view provider addresses, detail information about the physician
  • Pharmacy Claims History – view 18 months of prescription history
  • Provider Search/PCP Select – search for a doctor using criteria important to you
  • Referral Inquiry – View 18 months of referral history

DECISION SUPPORT

  • HealthCare Advisor – take an active roll in your healthcare decisions with online member tools that will help you to understand medical conditions and surgical procedures, know what questions to ask your doctor, evaluate treatment options and costs, find a quality hospital for your specific condition as well as compare drugs used to treat the condition.
  • PharmaAdvisor – an easy-to-use, online tool that explains the key differences between drugs and helps you prepare to discuss treatment options with your doctor.  It also enables you to compare and profile drugs by condition and check the medications you are taking (or considering) for possible interactions.
  • Treatment Cost Advisor - a tool designed to help you estimate the cost of specific healthcare services.  It helps you get an estimate of both the in- and out-of-network cost based on data derived from large claims databases with millions of paid claims.

HEALTHTRAK - DISEASE MANAGEMENT  - a comprehensive disease management program that supports the patient-physician relationship with the goal of helping you stick to your prescribed treatment plans.  Here you can review conditions, such as asthma, cardiovascular diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, depression, diabetes and low back painLogin is not required for access.

HEALTHY LIVING - INFORMATION LINKS - HAP believes that “knowledge is power” so information links are provided on a variety of subjects, such as arthritis, depression, food tips and nutrition, healthy living guidelines, patient safety, men’s health, women’s health, and many more.  Login is not required for access

MANAGING YOUR HEALTH - HEALTH EDUCATION CLASSES - offers classes and workshops that you can attend that will help you and your family maintain the best possible health.  You can find out more about these classes and programs by selecting a location and subject and then calling the number provided.  Some classes and programs may charge a fee. 

HAP ADVANTAGE PROGRAM - PREFERRED RATES - members can access a credentialed network of providers to receive preferred rates on services, such as Globalfit Fitness Solutions, Weight Watchers and Lasik-Henry Ford OptimEyes. Login is not required for access.

iSTRIVE FOR BETTER HEALTH - REWARDS FOR LIFESTYLE CHANGES - Six lifestyle behavior change programs are available for members who want to take that next step. They may select from the following easy-to-use and private programs designed to help them make healthy choices they can stick with for the long run! And best of all, you’ll earn rewards just for taking the assessment and enrolling in programs!
