When you register with MyBlueServiceSM, you have 24-hour access to a variety of self-service tools and health related information.  For FIRST TIME USERS, simply click on “MyBlueServiceSM” on the left side of the page.  Select the “New User” option and complete the registration form, setting up your personal identification number (PIN) for secure access.  Since this service is personalized, you can get specific benefit and claims information, including:

My Coverage - general or detailed information about your current benefits. 

My Accountprovides a list of claims information and status, with a printable claims record option.  Also, it enables you to view and change personal information about you or your dependent(s).

Health and Wellness – helpful resources provided to you because the more you know, the easier it is to stay healthy.  For example:

  • Health Dialog® - a helpful resource that provides answers to general health and prevention questions, utilizing health coaches and web-based information tools.  Free audio, video and printed information is also available for you. 
  • Health Programs a series of specialized programs and services designed to help you manage your health over the long-term, such as:

    Facility Care Coordination - a voluntary program that helps with coverage and benefit decisions if you show a high risk for an extended stay in an acute care facility, or have complex needs after you leave a facility.

    Personal Case Management - enables case managers to assist members with serious or chronic health problems in accessing their covered services under their health plan.

    Prenatal Education/Early Intervention (Healthy Addition) – for expectant mothers; designed to encourage preventive care by providing special emphasis on educating women with risk factors that may cause a complicated pregnancy.

    Chronic Disease Management - designed to help members and their families meet the challenge of managing chronic and complex conditions, such as diabetes, asthma and congestive heart failure.

  • Health Links – links that help keep you up-to-date on the latest health information.  Provides downloadable guides, such as The Pocket Guide to Good Health for Adults, The Pocket Guide to Staying Healthy at 50+, and Child Health Guide—Put Prevention into Practice.
  • Florida Blue - a newsletter, provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florid, which provides timely information and articles to help you stay healthy and well.

HOSPITAL ADVISOR – An online resource that provides information regarding hospital procedural outcomes and patients’ hospital experiences.  With access to critical information, you can choose a hospital based on your personal references and needs.

e-MEDICINE – Offers members a way to communicate with their physician and their offices via the Web, whenever it's convenient for them.  Working with RelayHealth®, e-Medicine offers members and their physician a safe and confidential way to communicate about non-urgent health care needs.  It's as easy to use as email and incorporates security measures that help ensure privacy.  Members using the e-Medicine online tool, will be able to:

*Talk to your physician to determine if he or she is enrolled with RelayHealth®. Unsure if your doctor is enrolled? You can search for your doctor in the Patient area of the website. To determine if an online medical evaluation is a covered service, call the toll-free number on your member ID card.
