For first time users, click on the “Register Now” link and complete the requested information to verify that you are an Aetna member. Once your registration is complete, you will have access to all the features available, for example:
Review your plan benefit information – Find out who is covered, account balances and activity, benefit summary, detailed claims status for medical and pharmacy, preferred drug list, prescription drug cost tools and mail order drug program information.
- Perform transactions – View and print temporary member identification information, request replacement member ID cards, find health care professionals and facilities that participate in the plan using the DocFind® online provider directory, and request email alerts to notify you when benefit statements are available for you to view online.

Aetna InteliHealth® Website - a consumer website for credible health, dental and wellness information
Healthwise® Knowledgebase - a user-friendly online tool that provides information on hundreds of health topics and medications
Interactive and Streaming Videos –informative videos about health topics, such as asthma and healthy heart.
- Use Tools to Manage your Health Care – Compare the estimated average costs for health care services in your area and see how much you could potentially save by choosing a doctor who participates in the Aetna network. Review costs for medical procedures, office visits, medical tests, conditions, and prescriptions. Use the Aetna Navigator™ Hospital Comparison Tool to compare hospitals in your area. Rate your medical professional by submitting a survey to rate medical professionals in the Aetna network or view survey results on DocFind® to see what others are saying. From the Aetna member website, you have access to a variety of resources that help you take control of your health and health care expenses. You’ll find a vast library of information about health, wellness, health benefits and financial planning.
